Marc Strongwater

President, CEO

Marc Strongwater is a 3rd generation leader in the construction and design industry. Born in 1963, the same year the company was founded by his grandfather, Marc has been at the helm of the company for the last 37 years since 1987.

Marc Strongwater is an internationally recognized expert in coordinating comprehensive construction and design projects, ranging from residential and commercial builds to large-scale infrastructure developments. With over 30 years of experience, he is renowned for his expertise in the construction and rebuild industry, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, government agencies, and property developers.

Marc excels in accurately assessing project requirements and delivering reliable, high-quality construction outcomes. He guides the construction process with minimal disruption and maximum efficiency, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of design and functionality. His commitment is to oversee all aspects of construction, from initial design to final build, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, while exceeding client expectations.

Alex Cacoilo

Director of Operations - FL LLC

Alex is a dedicated and results-driven Operations Manager with over six years of expertise in high-rise residential and commercial construction, residential home building, and third-party vendor management, and he joined Strongwater in 2022.  He has a proven track record of successfully planning, implementing, and completing multiple projects on time and within budget. Adept at reviewing and preparing RFPs, contracts, permits, drafts, cost estimates, and insurance. Skilled in preparing construction documents, estimating costs, budgeting, and coordinating project schedules. Strong business acumen with a focus on maximizing profitability and operational efficiency.
